Royal Crescent

The Royal Crescent, is an spectacular landmark forming a crescent of 30 Grade 1 Listed Terrace Houses, being one of the most breath-taking forms of artwork in the UK. The Royal Crescent was built between 1767 and 1775 and designed by John Wood the Younger.

The Royal Crescent overlooks Victoria Park with the Crescent being arranged by a truly manicured lawn. The Royal Crescent has attracted a range of famous people to stay at either the hotel or live as a resident in one of the terraced houses due to it being built over 230 years ago.

The Crescent now feature a  five-star luxury hotel The Royal Crescent, there is also the Museum of Georgian Life a1 No.1 The Crescent, plus there also a range of private housing as well.

The Royal Crescent is still a very popular location for film-makers and TV period dramas including Persuasion and The Duchess.

Bath Racecourse

Bath Racecourse is open from April to October and is located on Lansdown Hill, holding the title of the highest racecourse in Britain it sports great views of the Roman City of Bath.

The racecourse has premier hospitality facilities and is known for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Bath Rugby

Bath Rugby is a is an English professional rugby union club, it’s a very well-known and respected team, located in the historic city of Bath, Bath Rugby (also known as Bath) in Bath, Somerset. The rugby team play in the Aviva Premiership league.

The club was founded in 1865 known then as Bath Football Club and is now one of the oldest and successful rugby clubs.

Bath (Bath Rugby) is based at ‘The Rec’ also known as the Recreational Ground, located in the heart of the city by the River Avon. The capacity of the club was expanded in 2009-2010 to 11,700 and Bath plays their all of their home matches during the club season.

The club has won England's domestic competition, the Anglo-Welsh Cup, the Heineken Cup and European Challenge Cup.

For those of you who are keen on Cricket, the club is transformed into a cricket ground in the summer and is used by Somerset Country Cricket Club.

Castle Combe Circuit

Castle Combe Circuit is one of the longest established racing circuits in the UK; the circuit is the most popular in the South West and is currently owned and run by the Strawford family since 1976.
